Centrum Men 50+

Centrum Men 50+, which builds off the formula for Centrum Select Essentials - Adults 50+, is customized to help meet the specific micronutrient needs of men over the age of 50, in conjunction with a balanced diet.

Centrum Men 50+ provides key micronutrients with age and gender in mind, including the carotenoids lycopene to help protect against cell damage caused by free radicals and lutein for the maintenance of eye health. Vitamins B₆ and B₁₂ help in energy metabolism, magnesium helps to maintain heart muscle function, and vitamin E, a source of antioxidants that helps reduce cell damage caused by free radicals.¹

Centrum Men 50+ also contains vitamins A, C, K₁, and zinc, which are all key nutrients needed to help support men’s health.¹

Directions

Adult dosage (50+): Take one tablet daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medication or natural health products.
Warnings & precautions

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners. If taking other supplements, read label, as other supplements may contain the same ingredients. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. In case of accidental overdose, contact a health care practitioner or poison control centre immediately.

Keep out of reach of children.

There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child.
