Centrum Men's multivitamin and mineral supplement is an adult formula with customized levels of specific nutrients that address men's nutrient needs.

Centrum Men provides key nutrients including gender-adjusted levels of B vitamins, vitamin E, magnesium, and zinc. Men tend to be larger than women, and they must support a greater tissue mass. Centrum Men delivers the extra B vitamins that men require for energy metabolism, and magnesium to maintain normal muscle function.¹

Centrum Men also contains adjusted levels of vitamins C, and K₁ as well as calcium, all key nutrients that work to help support men’s health.¹

When to Consider a Multivitamin

Patients should consume most of their vitamins and minerals from a balanced diet, with recommended servings from all of the food groups to satisfy macronutrient and micronutrient needs.^2,3 However, some individuals may eat differently than expert dietary recommendations and even well-designed eating patterns sometimes may fail to achieve suggested intakes for a variety of vitamins and nutrients. Directions

Adult Dosage: Take one tablet daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medication or natural health products.
Warnings & precautions

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder. If taking other supplements, read label, as other supplements may contain the same ingredients. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of accidental overdose, contact a health care practitioner or poison control centre immediately.

Keep out of reach of children.

There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child.
