Centrum Select Essentials Adults - 50+

Centrum Select Essentials is based on an age-adjusted formula to help meet the nutritional needs of adults 50 years of age and older. Nutrient Differences for Older Populations

People over 50 want to maximize their vitality and minimize the risk for chronic illness. Although a balanced diet satisfies the majority of vitamins and mineral needs, aging increases requirements for certain micronutrients that may not be met through food alone.^5,6

Directions

Adult dosage (50+): Take one tablet daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medication or natural health products.
Warnings & precautions

Caution: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If taking other supplements, read label, as other supplements may contain the same ingredients. In case of accidental overdose, contact a health care practitioner or poison control centre immediately. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs.

Keep out of reach of children.
