Impact on patient quality of life

Patients with dentin hypersensitivity triggers

Uncovering the impact of dentin hypersensitivity on daily life

The Dentin Hypersensitivity Experience Questionnaire

To understand the impact of dentin hypersensitivity on quality of life, a team at the University of Sheffield, School of Clinical Dentistry, UK, in collaboration with GSK, developed the Dentin Hypersensitivity Experience Questionnaire (DHEQ).1

The DHEQ explores how quality of life is affected by dentin hypersensitivity, such as its impact on patients’ daily activities or emotional wellbeing.1

Download the short-form DHEQ to assess the impact of dentin hypersensitivity on your patients’ quality of life.
