    Pirilieve Hayfever Relief 120mg Film-Coated Tablets (fexofenadine hydrochloride). Indication: Relief of symptoms associated with seasonal allergic rhinitis. Dosage and method of use: Adults and children over 12 years: 120 mg once daily before a meal. Children under 12 years: Not recommended. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to fexofenadine hydrochloride or to any of the excipients. Warnings and Precautions: Use in patients with a history of or ongoing cardiovascular disease only on a doctor's advice, due to association with adverse reactions such as tachycardia and palpitations. Use in elderly or renally/hepatically impaired patients only on a doctor's advice. Side effects: Common: Headache, drowsiness, dizziness, nausea. Uncommon: Fatigue.
